You will also learn how to take advantage of the Extended DISC® assessment available through the Career Office of the University of Lodz.
How do you communicate with others? How do you respond to change, challenges and stress? In what type of work environment can you perform most effectively? Why is it easier to cooperate with some people than with others?
Extended DISC® is an internationally recognised diagnostic and development tool that helps you better understand your natural behavioural and communication style. It shows how you typically function in different situations, which activities come naturally to you, and how you cooperate with others.
Importantly, the assessment does not evaluate your intelligence, competences or potential. Nor does it classify behavioural styles as good or bad. Instead, it helps you identify your natural strengths and reflect on how you can consciously use them to support your personal and professional development.
