  • Blood coagulation and fibrinolysis, platelet activation, the importance of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species in the activation of platelets, the mechanism of action of peroxynitrite, hydrogen sulfide homocysteine ​​and hemostasis system

  • Action of the selected activators and inhibitors on the metabolism of hemostasis and hemostatic function of platelets and proteins hemostatic

    Mechanisms for blood coagulation protein modifications caused by reactive oxygen and nitrogen species

  • Protective role of antioxidants against reactive oxygen and nitrogen species in hemostatic system

    Biomarkers of oxidative stress in the process of hemostasis in some pathological states and the significance of various antioxidants

  • Evaluation of oxidative stress markers and pro- and anticoagulant balance of in some pathological conditions

  • Proteomics of platelets in the states of normal and pathological conditions

  • Molecular evolution of proteins of hemostasis, a bioinformatic analysis of the amino acid sequences and protein domains of hemostasis, based on a search of the sequenced genomes of vertebrates

  • Homology modeling and molecular dynamics of proteins of hemostasis

  • Docking of low molecular weight ligands in search of modulators of proteins of hemostasis

  • Possible use of ionizing radiation to inactivate pathogens in blood plasma proteins
